The Galanek Advantage

Important decisions rarely stay in one professional lane.

A business sale affects taxes. A real estate transaction affects cash flow. An estate plan affects the people and assets you have worked to protect. Greg helps clients see how the pieces connect before they act.

The advantage is uncommon: the financial perspective of a Certified Public Accountant and the legal perspective of a Massachusetts attorney, working from the same desk on the same decision.

Financial view

Tax, cash flow, entity, and accounting implications.

Legal view

Contracts, ownership, transfer, and estate implications.
